Raw material is systematically stored and coded. A 1600 T billet shear and a battery of automatic bandsaws cut carbon, alloy and stainless steel billets upto 260 mm.

Three press lines and a pneumatic hammer produce a wide range of intricate, close tolerance forgings from 500 gms. to 40 kgs. apiece. Energy efficient furnaces with temperature controllers and recuperators provide consistent heating and better process control.
